Subway Fare Limbo

StraphangerThe Times' Randy Kennedy on the decision to roll back the subway fare hike. However, the celebration doesn't begin yet because the MTA may still have the opportunity to re-up fares. The judge did find the public hearings held by the MTA to be based on false information, though.
