The Today Show has announced some of the performers of its Summer Concert Series, which stretches into the fall. By the looks of it, many more names will be announced later on. The Today Show also does "One Hit Wonders" type themes on some days.
Fleetwood Mac - April 18
Mariah Carey - May 9
Annie Lennox - June 13
Ashanti - July 18
Shania Twain - August 1
Michelle Branch - September 26 (a very important day)
Amy Grant - August 22
Sting - October 2
R.E.M. - October 3
The only performer I can imagine waiting outside to see is Annie Lennox, because she is cool. The rest...eh. Sting and R.E.M. are all right, but kind of tired.

I was waiting for at least a month to see Annie Lennox, the only artist I really cared to see on the summer concert series on Today. Well, I saw it today and Annie never looked or sounded better. She is an amazing performer and person!
