Hamish the Scuba DogInsane pet owner or devoted pet owner? Sometimes Gothamist cannot tell, especially when the pet owner specially makes a scuba outfit for a West Highland White. The owner says the dog, Hamish, has fun and wants to enroll him in a proper scuba class.

Gothamist is impressed with the flippers for the paws.

    that's insane- i wonder how long it took to teach him to breathe only through the snorkle.
