In other news, the Mayor welcomes Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus, giving me the opportunity to seriously say that the this is a picture of clowns. I mean, a picture of the mayor and entertainers.

Honestly, NYC.gov had to know what they were doing by posting those photos of Bloomby and the circus folks. It's very passive aggressive. And I like it!
