Cults

The pyramid schemes that work seem to be the ones that promise professional success, and in times like these, that's all anyone wants. Like Landmark Forum, for instance. Landmark Forum are also buzzwords in professional industries because people are empowered to seize the moment. It's a little self-confidence after harrowing sessions and forking over a lot of money, it seems. This New York magazine story about Landmark tries to get to the bottom of things, but in this day and age, it's the websites that hold more interesting tidbits. This anti-Landmark site is very clear and this other one has an image of a bowl of cherries. Landmark Forum is supposed to be similar to Scientology, religion of the stars. The anti-Scientology website, Operation Clambake is pretty interesting too.
